It is made with premium-quality, organic raspberry leaves, and produces an amber colored tea with a mild herbal aroma and a flavor reminiscent of traditional green tea. Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) is a plant native to North America. The women of the Potawatomi tribe from the Great Lakes region brewed tea from the leaves, which were highly valued because of their unique astringent properties. The tea remains popular among midwives and herbalists today.

Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove. (For a more concentrated tea, steep for up to 15 minutes.) 3 cups daily is recommended. To alleviate nausea associated with motion, consume 30 minutes to 4 hours before activity. Drink 4 cups daily, preferably between meals. Add sweetener if desired. Naturally caffeine free.
