Use your normal shower product and rinse off
Apply In-Shower Moisturizer on wet skin will still in the shower
Avoid applying to bottom of feet.
Rinse body
Thoroughly clean tub/shower with hot water after usage to remove residue and avoid slipping.
Dry yourself, get dressed and go.
