  • Adults 12 years & older: up to 8 teaspoonsful daily in divided doses of 1 to 2 teaspoonsful per dose.
  • Children 6 to under of 12 years of age: up to 4 teaspoonsful daily in divided doses of 1 teaspoonsful per dose.
  • Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor.
• Note: Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of liquid. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
