    It works better than other OTC nasal sprays I've tried.

    This nasal spray works really well, probably in part because it is a pump spray and not the squeeze kind. The squeeze kinds just don't get the spray far enough into you nasal passages to do a whole lot of good. It actually lasts the 12 hours it says it does on the bottle and decongests well! I just wish it wasn't so hard to find in stores. I am very happy to get it from My OTC, though because it's much cheaper, another plus!
