    Ordered 4 two-packs; 8 units. They shipped 2 two-packs or 4 units. Emailed and called. They said they would ship more. Needed 4 units, or 2 two-packs. Received one two-pack or two units. Still short two units or one two-pack. Called and emailed again. They replied that they would refund to my CC for the missing two-pack. Refund received. The material I received was of good quality.
