A long time ago I took an energy bill similar to this and a food grown vitamin that had some of the nutrients this is a very good bill you can smell it when you open it up the bottle how good it is I had cancer and I went to a doctor and New York City vitamin c against cancer and that was 43 years ago and I've been studying vitamins and stuff since that time I'm looking for something because I was taking ginseng but this has got ginseng in it too I looked at all the ingredients like oh wow there's a girl I live in a assisted living a big place you know I only get 50 a month but anyway the lady that tired and I gave her some ginseng I got from a different company but I gave at least you know she gave me like 10 bucks or something she said wow those are good I said don't take too many of them to be honest with you I said I took four of them I was up all night praying LOL God bless you guys
