Gave me the wrong item
Y’all gave me the wrong item and then y’all customer service took forever to respond to me. It’s ridiculous because y’all took like a week to ship it and then when I got it 2 weeks later it was the wrong thing. Then on top of that it was OPEN. Y’all didn’t even put it in a secure shipping package, just a thin lining. Of course it was gonna bust open. Al in all I’m still waiting, I just want my money back. I’m never ordering from y’all again. Y’all take forever.
