It provides intense color while effectively covering stubborn gray hairs. It offers a wide selection of color shades, ensuring vibrant, long lasting and fade resistant results. The formula delivers excellent gray coverage and conditions the hair, accompanied by a subtle floral scent. For application, combine one part wella color charm liquid color with two parts wella color charm developer. Apply the mixture to the hair using an applicator bottle and brush, allowing it to develop for 30 minutes, or up to 45 minutes for enhanced depth or gray coverage.
