This effectively saturates and penetrates the hair, resulting in vibrant colors that exhibit remarkable fade resistance. This gentle formulation is particularly suited for achieving soft blonde shades, such as platinum and beige, while also neutralizing any unwanted warmth following the lightening process. It is especially beneficial for toning pure double processed blondes. Wella color charm permanent hair color similarly saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to provide long lasting, vibrant color.

  • Produces vibrant, long lasting, and fade resistant results.
  • Provides excellent coverage for gray hair.
  • Enhances hair condition while imparting a gentle floral scent.
  • To use, combine 1 part Wella Color Charm liquid color with 2 parts wella color charm developer.
  • Apply using an applicator bottle and brush, leaving on for 30 minutes, or up to 45 minutes for deeper color or enhanced gray coverage.
