I used this toner to tone my hair that is orangy brassy color bleached ( to level 6/7) I had highlights lighter than level 8 bleached. It worked like magic on those and removed some of the brassiness of my darker part of the hair. I will buy more of this. I probably will try T-11 as well. Or bleach down my hair more before applying T-18 again. But overall I loved my experience with the store (timely delivery and competitive pricing)
