Asprecreme with lidocaine works great on my arthritis pain in my hands. Unfortunately this bottle had sprung a leak and product was all over the bottle and inside the packaging. It looks like it happened in shipping. I give aspercreme 5 stars but the condition of the packaging gets 3.
