    This item is the very best on the market for nasal irrigation. It must be replaced about once a month, however, because the plunger ceases to slide after about 60 uses. I nevertheless have used this item for years because it works the better than anything else available. Myotcstore was great to deal with because of competitive pricing and prompt shipping at a reasonable price.
