Chill it in the freezer or fridge or pop it into the microwave. Place it over your eyes and sinuses, or slide it up to your forehead. For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. TheraPearl should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.

For Heat Therapy: Place the pack in a microwave for no more than 15 seconds. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Test the temperature of the mask prior to application. Temperature should be warm to the touch, not hot. Use the head strap to secure the mask around the head. Close eye-lids prior to application.TheraPearl Pack Care: Packs can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Do not place any heavy objects on top of your packs. Discard pack if punctured. Do not swallow beads. Do not use on infants.

Do not microwave the mask for more than 15 seconds at one time. Always test the heat level of the mask prior to application. Eyes are very sensitive and the application of excessive heat to this area of the body can be harmful.
