INDICATIONS:

Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge Use every day with your favorite soap or cleanser.

Thoroughly cleanses skin of dirt and excess oil.

Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge Smoothes away rough, dry skin:

white side for all-over cleansing.
Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge blue side for smoothing of elbows and feet.
Leaves skin smooth and soft, perfectly prepped for shaving and sunless tanning.

DIRECTIONS:

Lather sponge with warm water and your favorite bath soap or gel.

Gently cleanse your skin with slow, circular motions. Use the white side for all-over skin cleansing, the blue side for areas that need special attention like elbows, knees and feet.

Thoroughly rinse and air dry sponge. Use daily for best results, replacing sponge every 4-6 weeks.

WARNINGS:
Use of Buf-Puf facial sponges with other exfoliants such as facial scrubs or Alpha Hydroxy Acids may over exfoliate the skin causing irritation or redness. If irritation or redness occur, discontinue use of one or both products. If irritation or redness persists, consult your doctor. Do not use on moles or irritated skin. Not recommended for infants.

Love using my body buf, especially on my back! Great for sloughing off dry skin, but gentle enough to use all over. I just feel cleaner using it.
