Wrong product shipped
The product shown and ordered was the flexible hairspray #1. What I received was the firm hold #2. I requested a return authorization but received an email saying I had to send pictures of the wrongly shipped product. I immediately sent the pics including the barcode. Haven’t heard from them since!
