I've used this w/ great success for over 20 years. Real fruit and vegetalbe extracts manufactured under cold processing so the food enzymes don't break up. One side benefit is the fiber. When I go to the restroom, I'm 'done' in about a minute. I literally don't think I've been constipated more than a half dozen times in those 20 years. The real benefit is that I'm getting real fruit and vegetable nutrients and enzymes that I just wouldn't ordinarily be getting.
