Adults (12 years and older): 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.

Children (6 to11 years): 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Young children (1 to 5 years): ? tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ? tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.

Infants (0-12 months): ? tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, ? tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
