    This opened top fountain enema bag is much better than a combination bag it let's the opened top gives aa better flow as it let's more air in the flow helps brake up the clog and gets the job done comfortably and easily

    Well made in Taiwan not China. Has quality parts. Filled easily. Pipes are good, especially the douche nozzle gave a great enema for my boyfriend.
