Ponaris has been effective for me over the years, and I am glad to have a convenient source for purchasing it when I need to.

With winter being here and the house being closed, my nose gets very dry and Ponaris is my blessing in keeping my nostrils lubricated and my nose not bleeding. I have been using Ponaris for at least eight yeas and I always use it night and sometimes during the day. I cannot do without it and will continue buying several bottles because I don't want to run out.

I live in a desert and I am allergic to dust. Because of that I have chronic sinus congestion. I take allergy medicine, generic zytec daily and Mucinex twice a day. Saw ENT PA last month and she recommended Ponarls nasal emollient to me. Got it this weekend. Had just finished taking antibiotics for a sinus infection, and no longer had a fever above 100. So I tried it. First night I had a nose bleed, but it was from taking medication for a migraine that had full dose of aspirin in it for 2 days in a row. Did not see any effect that night, so tried it in the morning, and coated a q-tip with it and put it in my nostrils and got a much better effect, after irrigating my nose out with saline spray. Now I do that every night and it seams to help. Did not like the dropper full in my nose. I also use Fluticasone daily in each nostril every morning and a spray like that works better for me. Now if it only had hemp in it and would get rid of my head aches that would be a blessing. I was in a coma in 2015 for 2 months, woke up with TMJ in addition to migraines, that I have had for 45 years, up to 15 per month, and had sinus surgery in 1988 for chronic sinus infections. Wished my ENT had told me about it in 2011 when I first went to the office. Please make if available in stores. I went to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and a health food store looking for it, none carry this item. I would give it a 4 + rating on just one week of use.

Recomended by ENT Dr after I was treated for a serious bloody nose. Moisterizes nasal membranes. Dropper is a bit messy. Usually use a Q tip.

This product is excellent for nasal dryness. My doctor recommended it several years ago and I use it daily. I have recommended it to family and friends and they are just as happy with it as I am.
