    I first started using Protein 29 while in high school in high school, that's over 65 years!! I would recommend it to anyone who cares about their hair and maintaining it in fresh, sparkling shape.

    The product has changed in the last six months. The gel comes out of the tube in a near liquid state instead of the more firm state much like tooth paste. In my opinion, the near liquid state is a major improvement. The most recent change is in the color of the gel has changed from the green color of the container to a lighter green color. The product is described as "clear" and I have always thought that clear meant colorless. It would seem that either color would have an effect on the color of ones hair and I do think it makes my auburn colored hair a shade darker. The color change is a curiosity but doesn't matter to me. I would give 5 stars if the gel was truly colorless. I will continue to use the product.

    The protein hair gel softens the hair. It gives great look and it is very soft to touch. It is a conditioning hair groom gel, we can apply to the hair daily. This hair gel controls and protects the hair. It is odourless, nongreasy and it is easy to use. I highly recommended it, as it prevents dryness, dandruff.
