6. Afterwards, please provide your billing information, shipping information and your payment details to complete your transaction.
7. You will then receive an email confirming your transaction.

If you missed putting in your coupon code information on the shopping cart page, you will have another opportunity to provide that information on the checkout page. MyOTCstore.com ships via United Parcel Service (UPS), USPS and FedEx within the United States. Shipping carriers may vary with the destination and weight of the package shipped.

The MyOTCStore.com team is committed to your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice. Products should be returned in their original packaging and in salable condition. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns for home health care items, electronics, chocolates, perfumes, candies and toys.

The tax rate applied to your order will match the current rate at the location of our corporate WareHouse headquarters. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different from your local rate. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining 49 states, including US Territory and APO/FPO addresses, will not be subject to sales tax. Our shipping rates fluctuate with the weight of the cart.
