Prestige waterproof lipstick-liner pencil, Cocoa #LW-26

Provides 1% waterproof technology that combines the softest application with long lasting wear.
Define the shape and contour of your lips with prestige waterproof lipliner.
This silky smooth makeup goes on easily without skipping or dragging.
To make too full lips look smaller, cover your lips with foundation and powder. Then, line slightly inside your natural lip liner.
To make thin lips look fuller, line just very slightly outside your natural lip line. Fill in with lipstick or lip gloss, just covering the liner.
For a glossy lip, outline or fill in the lips completely with Light Shine Sheer Liner. Wear this pencil alone or with light Shine lip gloss.

First, sharpen the lip pencil for optimal use. Close mouth and line around the lips until desired contrast is achieved, follow with complementary lip color.
