i wrote asking that my account be closed. the reason is - while i FINALLY received my order, i had no way i knowing WHEN i would receive it. four days after ordering from your company, i still had no idea when i would receive my order so i ordered it from another company. not only did the other company tell me when i would receive my order, but i received BOTH orders from both on the SAME day. u need to update your system so customers receive status updates and faster delivery. again, there really is NO reason to order from you. pl close my account.
