Being an elderly person of 83 I find that I am having extremely dry mouth, especially at night. I use a Zylamint at bedtime. If I awaken in the middle of the night I find that using the second zylamint allows me to go back to sleep. It has been a lifesavor.

I love XyliMelts anytime my mouth is dry, but especially at night since they're made with something that lets them adhere inside your cheek (or I use mine on the roof of my mouth) so they stay put while you're talking or sleeping. They won't slip down your throat at night. They're tremendously helpful and do an excellent job of keeping my mouth moistened. I recommended them to a friend of mine who plays the trumpet and he likes them very much too. MyOTCStore has the best price overall. The Xylitol in them is a natural antibacterial protecting against tooth decay.

These Xylimelts stick to the roof of my mouth so that while I'm talking, I'm moisturizing my mouth. I love them! BUT THE BEST TIME I LOVE THEM IS AT NIGHT - there's nothing else I can use to help my mouth be moist at night. Again, because they can adhere either to the roof or sides of my mouth, they help me stay moist w/out putting me at risk for choking. I'm really REALLY grateful for whoever invented these.
