Growth hormone (GH) is a protein hormone made up of about 190 amino acids that is made and secreted by cells called somatotrophs, located in the anterior pituitary. It is involved in a variety of complex physiologic processes, including growth and metabolism.

As a dietary supplement, take five (5) capsules before bed, with a full glass of water. Take for five days, then rest two days. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach one hour before bedtime. Take for three months, then rest for two months before resuming.
