Natural Sources Elderberry Concentrate

Contains 70% juice when reconstituted.

We use the finest fruit available and process it at low temperatures to retain as much of the natural goodness as possible.
Approx 8.5 pounds of fresh whole fruit is pressed and concentrated to get one pint of natural fruit concentrate.

Use full strength and mix 8 oz of concentrate to 56 oz water or juice to make a healthy delicious drink.
8 oz of concentrate plus 56 oz water makes half gallon.
16 oz of concentrate plus 112 oz water makes 1 gallon.
Refrigerate after opening.
