The company MYOTC.COM lists contact phone number as 718-204-7211You call you get answering service my order was short 2 (two) boxes of vitamins Order #3312653 and paid for 8 (eight) boxes. $6.75¢ per box paid $58.59¢ total.The company received an E-mail sales@myotcstore.comnotice from me ELSIE GANZON the invoice in the box states I ordered 5 boxes and paid for 5 boxes my order is #3312653 I paid for 8 (eight) boxes received 6 (six) boxes, and received invoice showing wrong amounts send i.e., 5 (five) boxes.The company falsified a report on USPS and logged into USPS using my name, filing what is called Indemnity 609 Domestic claim for loss or damage.The company failed to ship correct amount of my order, and failed to deal with me in a professional manner, and falsified statements on USPS website login in as though they were me filing the claim when I did not do so.I am filing with Attorney General office in Arizona to continue investigation into fraud, to include identity fraud as I gave ZERO consent to file with USPS as though they were me doing the filings for Domestic Loss or Damage to my package the company shorted me on my order and tried to put the blame on USPS.WOULD NOT RECOMMENDGreetings Mr. Elsie Ganzon. As per your email for missing 2 boxes, we started investigation with USPS.com carrier as we ship all 8 boxes.Its a standard procedure on our end if we got customer compliant for missing items. As per the procedure they will review and get back to us in 10-14 days. We act upon goodwill of our customers and our business.
