• With cotton swab, apply gel to the front surface of the teeth want to whiten.
• Avoid contact of the gel with gum line.
• If gel comes in contact with gums, immediately remove gel from gum line.
• Leave on 5 minutes to allow bleaching action to take effect, then thoroughly rinse with cool water.
• Use twice daily for the first 2 weeks, after 2 weeks use product only once or twice a week, or several times a month as needed to maintain the desired whitening effect.
• For very stained teeth, keep the gel on your teeth 15-20 minutes each time.
