Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Grapefruit Seed Extract, Organic Rosemary Extract, and Sea Salt.
- To Reduce Allergy Symptoms: Use as needed (1 - 3 sprays) per nostril to relieve general allergy symptoms.
- For Mild Symptoms: (1 spray) will do for most users.
- For Severe Symptoms: It may require (3 sprays).
- For Daily Prevention: During allergy seasons, use (1 spray) per nostril (3 times daily) morning, noon and bedtime.
- To prevent the occurrence of most airborne allergy symptoms.
