These are the best of every product I have tried including from two foot doctors! I have tried multiple orthotic inserts, gel pads,stretching, good shoes etc for my heel spur and this gives the best relief for the cheapest! They only last a few months, after a while they start to crack, deteriorate, but just buy several packs. These work wonderful, instant relief!
