DIRECTIONS:
How To Apply : Use on clean lips. Apply an even coat of liquid color and wit until completely dry. Brush on the glossy topcoat over color. Reapply as desired for softness, comfort and ultimate shine.
To remove : Use Colorstay Makeup Remover or any oil based makeup remover.
