INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
Smooth pad over closed lid and lashes to remove all traces of eye makeup. Tissue off thoroughly before reapplying make-up.

I've used these for YEARS....always got them at Walgreens but now they don't carry them....which is too bad. There are 65 round/flat cotton pads in this container and all you need to use is one pad to remove all eye makeup....the pads are already moist you don't pour anything on a cotton ball them like the previous comment said....this product WORKS and you don't need to rub hard and it dosen't leave a greasy film after you're done. The smaller container is great for travel too.
