Product was shipped quickly and in a refridgerated package.
This product has literally changed my life. I suffer from IBS and my symptoms are so much more handleable than before. I have noticed a significant difference in cramping and urgency. I started taking just 1 capsule at night, but I think after 2 months I will start to take 2 nightly. Although these capsules are a little pricey, they are well worth every penny. I feel normal most days, which is a huge improvement from 2 months ago when I never wanted to leave my house.
