DIRECTIONS:
For Eyeliner : Apply along your lash line from the inner to the outer corners. For brows : Fill in and extend your brow shape by following your natural arch and applying with short, feather like strokes. Blend evenly. Remove with oil free eye makeup remover or with soap and water.
