Total Body Purifier:-(Adult) Take one tablet in the morning or at lunch with food and one in the evening with food.

Start by taking one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with or without food. If you do not achieve two daily bowel movements within two days, take two tablets in the morning and two in the evening. If you still do not achieve two bowel movements per day, then move up to three tablets in the morning and three in the evening.

Do not exceed a total of six tablets a day.
