    • Ergocalciferol

Doctors have recently found that people who live in cool climates -whether omnivore, vegetarian or vegan- are more prone to vitamin D deficiency due to insufficient sun exposure. All this is in spite of the fact that some fish contain vitamin D and milk, cheese and ice cream are fortified with Vitamin D for those who follow an omnivore or vegetarian diet. For vegans rules are the same. People who do not get adequate sun exposure or Vitamin D fortified/rich foods are at the risk of developing Vitamin D deficiency unless they supplement.

This product does NOT contain animal products, derivatives or byproducts. 100% VEGETARIAN, VEGAN. Deva Vitamin D is Certified Vegan by the Vegan Society.

Plant Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Vegetable Stearate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Silica (All of the ingredients are from non-animal sources)

great product for a great price but remember that d3 has a halflife in your body of 3 weeks so taking 2000iu a day is a lot since it builds up for those 3 weeks, 2000iu every 5 days to a week is much more beneficial.

I just came across CALCIDOL Drops which is equivalent to Calciferol Drops. However, it is 20% cheaper than Calciferol Drops for the same quantity
