I decided to utilize the health benefits while seamlessly integrating it into my diet. So I use it for salads and shots. I use organic apple cider vinegar and this and it ends up almost tasting like Italian dressing with nothing else added. I only use about 1/2-1tsp tsp oil added to 1-2oz of vinegar. if I'm not eating a salad I still make this combo and take small drinks/sips. Easy peasy.
