INDICATIONS:
A pH balanced formula for all over skin cleansing with cleaning agents designed to dissolve fecal soils resulting from incontinence. Enriched with Aloe Vera and emollients to soothe and moisturize fragile skin.
INGREDIENTS:
Soft Water, Lauramine Oxide, Sorbitol, Polyquaternium-6, Lemon X-21508, DMDM Hydantoin, Citric Acid, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Aloe Vera Powder, D&C Green No. 3, Sodium Hydroxide.
DIRECTIONS:
Perineal/Skin cleansing: Spray soiled and/or odorous areas. Gently wipe clean. Repeat as necessary until all soils are removed and skin is clean. Pat dry. No rinsing necessary.
WARNINGS:
For external use only. May cause eye irritation. Rinse eyes with water if contact should occur. Consult a physician if irritation persists. In rare instances of local sensitivity, discontinue use.
