Doctor suggested these chewable tablets and they are GREAT!! I have to chew or swallow 8 of them each night before bedtime and it works like a charm with no cramping. I hope you never take them off the market as they are very hard to find in the stores. I've using them for over 5 years now and would recommend them to anyone and the end results are phenominal!!

Reallyy it relieves my constipation in 1 hour.no need to struggle to swallow. simply I chew'd 2 tabs and with in 1 hour my constipation problem solved. really very good product.
