    Active Ingredients

    Dextromethorphan HBr (USP 1 mg), Guaifenesin (USP 2 mg).

    Inactive Ingredients

    Anhydrous Citric Acid, Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, D&C Red 33, FD&C Red 4, Glycerin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Menthol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Providone, Propylene Glycol, Water (Purified), Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbitol Solution, Xanthan Gum.

    • Shake well before using.
    • Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period.
    • This adult product is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
    • Adults and children 12 years and over, 2 teaspoons every 4 hours.
    • Children under 12, do not use.
    • Do not refrigerate.
    • Store at 2-25°C (68-77°F).
    • Each teaspoon contains: sodium 5 mg.
    • Each 5 mL teaspoon contains 1mg dextromethorphan HBr and 2mg guaifenesin.
