I have tried many Acidophilus formulas that seem to calm things for a few weeks or months. THIS formula stops the intestinal issues; smoothes things in my colon, watches over fungi growth and in all ways makes my insides feel "normal". I think the added Psyllium and the Digestive Enzyme complex make the whole combination work so well. Besides, I don't need to drink psyllium or chew as many digestive enzymes!
