DIRECTIONS:
- Place cold pack in freezer for initial charge of 5 hours (3-5 hours of reuse). Pack will become soft and pliable after 2-3 minutes upon removal.
- Apply cold pack to affected area for 20-30 minutes.
- After use, wipe the cold pack clean with mild soap and a damp cloth.
- Store in freezer.
