Organic black tea, organic cardamon, organic cassia, organic ginger, organic black pepper, organic cloves, organic chicory, organic licorice root, organic flavors and natural flavors.
Hot Tea: Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 5 tea bags in a quart container. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water. Serve over ice.
