Hot Tea:Steep one tea bag in a cup of near boiling water for 3 minutes. Add sweetener if desired.
Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags in a quart container. Let steep for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water. Add milk and honey if desired. Serve over ice.
