- Take 1 to 2 tablets in the morning 1.2 hour before breakfast, and one tablet 1/2 hour before lunch.
- Use in conjunction with the Diet-Phen Weight Loss Plan.
- Do not take before bedtime.
- Do not exceed 3 tablets daily.

- Do not exceed directed amount. Each tablet contains 46 mg of caffeine, which is approximately equal to half a cup of coffee.
