Choose the application method thats best for you.
- With cotton swab: Apply gel onto a cotton swab and wipe onto each tooth.
- With mouth tray: Fill mouth tray with gel, and gently insert teeth. Follow directions included with tray.
- With your toothbrush: Squeeze gel onto dry toothbrush. Apply to teeth and let sit.
Follow these next steps:
- Minimize contact with gums. Allow 5 minutes for bleaching action to take effect. For very stained teeth, keep the gel on your teeth 15-20 minutes.
