This easy-to-use system includes:
- Plus White Tartar Control Pre-Whitening Rinse - An important step that prepares your teeth for optimal whitening. Loosens and removes plaque on your teeth, enabling the Gel to lift away stains more effectively.
- Plus White Speed Whitening Gel - Contains an enamel-safe bleaching ingredient for safe, fast and effective whitening.
- Plus White Comfortable Cushioned Mouthpiece - Dentist-Tested re-usable mouthpiece insures complete coverage of the whitening gel to each tooth.

Pre-Whitener Rinse: water, glycerin, polysorbate 80, sodium benzoate, flavor, sodium saccharin, methyl salicylate, citric acid, blue 1. 5 minute speed whitening.
Whitening Gel: water (aqua), poloxamer 407, glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, methyl salicylate, sodium saccharin, phosphoric acid.
PREPARE: Mix one part (at least a teaspoon) of the concentrated Tartar Control-Pre Whitening Rinse with 3 parts water. Swish in mouth for 2-3 seconds and rinse out. Using your toothbrush, brush your teeth (without toothpaste) and rinse mouth with water. For best results, follow these dilution requirements. Do not use the concentrate alone.
WHITEN: Squeeze a small continuous line of Plus White Speed Whitening Gel into the mouthpiece and carefully insert it into your mouth. Position the mouthpiece over your teeth and bite down very gently. Very little pressure is needed to achieve maximum results. Wipe off any excess gel.
- To whiten upper teeth only - Fill only one side of the mouthpiece completely from end-to-end.
- To whiten upper and lower teeth - Fill both sides of the mouthpiece completely from end-to-end (see illustration on side of box).
RINSE: Remove mouthpiece and rinse mouth several times with lukewarm water, thoroughly flushing any remaining gel from mouth and gum area. Do not swallow gel. Rinse mouthpiece thoroughly in lukewarm water and air dry.
For Best Results: Use twice daily for two weeks. Results will start to work beginning with the very first application. After the second week, taper off to one or two applications per week, or as needed.
Caution: Do not swallow Plus White Speed Whitening Gel. The Speed Whitening Gel should not be used by children under the age of 12 without the approval of their dentist. It is not recommended for people with gum disease, gingivitis, dental braces, severely receding gums or if allergic to any of the ingredients. If in doubt, check with your dentist. Will not whiten caps, crowns or veneers.
Attention: Store Plus White Speed Whitening Gel in a cool, dry place and keep away from sunlight.
