Active ingredients: (HPUS): Arnica montana 6x
- Sublingual medication.
- Place tablets under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water.
- Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day.
- Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half adult dose.
- Children under 2: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
