- Avena Sativa 1X HPUS - for nervous exhaustion and stress, it also favourably influences nutritive function of the nervous system
- Chamomilla 2X HPUS - for nervous irritability
- Humulus Lupulus 1X � Double Strength HPUS - for drowsiness with incomplete sleep
- Passiflora 1X � Triple Strength - for restless or wakeful sleep from exhaustion and has a quieting effect on the nervous system
Each 4 gr. tablets contains: plant extract of Passiflora 1X Triple Strength (Passion Flower), Avena Sativa 1X Double Strength (Oat), Humulus Lupulus 1X Double Strength (Hops), Chamomilla 2X (Chamomile).
Adults: as a relaxant: 1-2 tablets as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1-3 tablets 1/2-1 hour before retiring. Repeat as needed without danger of side effects. Children: as a relaxant: 1 tablet 3 times daily, preferably before meals. In insomnia: 1-2 tablets 1 hour before retiring.
Do not use if imprinted cap band is missing or broken. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, consult a health care professional.
