Pure mountain water, pineapple juice, white grape juice, fructose, natural orange and coconut flavors, citric acid and potassium sorbate (to insure freshness). This product is yeast, dairy, gluten and wheat free.
Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (1-2 times) a day. Children 4-12: Take 1 tablespoon. We recommend you mix it with your favorite juice.
